Powerballs prevent RSI

A common question to our personal trainers at My Fitness Studio is how to prevent RSI, as with modern work patterns people are working a huge amount of hours at the computer so RSI is becoming very common. I really do recommend using a Powerball, it helps with tennis elbow and RSI by strengthening the forearms and hands. It is cheap and can be used at home between personal training sessions. The first time I used a Powerball I thought I have strong forearms this should be easy, how wrong could I have been. The Powerball works muscles you rarely use and absolutely drains the arms. Once I trained with the powerball regularly I noticed a huge increase in my grip strength and I rarely suffered from RSI, which I had suffered from in the past from using my laptop too much.
