Benefits of eating lobster

Lobster is one of my favorite meals as it is many peoples, if it wasn’t so expensive I would have it alot more.  Lobster is a high protein meal low in fat, low in carbs.  Lobsters also contain plenty of zinc, potassium and omega 3 fatty acids as well as vitamins A, B and D.  Make sure you cook the lobster alive as soon as it arrives for the best taste.  If you are on a low carb diet then add a lobster on special occasions to your diet its a great low carb high protein meal.
