Does jogging work your whole body?

Allot of people believe that jogging is only a leg workout but also increases your physical fitness. If you think that jogging only really works out the legs next time you are out jogging try running with your hands behind your back but be careful about falling over, best to do this on the grass. Once you try this you will realise how hard jogging is with your hands behind your back and it is actually a full body workout. You use your arms to drive you forward that is why it is hard with your hands behind your back. Also when you look at joggers they don’t just have developed legs but an overall developed body whether they train in a gym with weights or not, this is because jogging develops the whole body. Obviously they wont have bulging biceps but overall definition should be reasonably good.
