Anyone who has seen the Transformers movie will probably remember one image above all – the scene of Megan Fox bent over a car bonnet. Her toned physique has made her one of the sexiest women in the world, as many polls have demonstrated, but how can you get her coveted body?
How can I get her shape?
Megan has admitted that she does not like working out and has a naturally lean physique. However, there are exercises you can do if you are not blessed with such lucky genes. Megan’s toned and flat stomach is one of her most enviable features. Exercises such as front-planks and butterfly crunches can help you to get abs like Megan. A circuit including knee raises, leg swings and ball leg lifts will also help to tone abdominal muscles. Finishing off with half an hour of Pilates or cycling contributes to an all-round workout.

What does she eat?
Megan maintains her body through a combination of exercise and a healthy diet. Her diet includes eggs for breakfast, which helps to fill her up and reduces the need to snack during the day. If you do get peckish, snacks such as almonds contain protein and fibre, as well as being a good source of vitamin E. Her meals include plenty of lean meat and lots of fruit and vegetables to give her a well-balanced diet.
