To tone your hips, sit on the floor with your legs straight in front of you and hands flat on the floor by your side. Lift one foot until your leg is at a thirty-degree angle. Make ten clockwise circles in the air with your foot, then ten anticlockwise. Repeat with the other foot. Walking on the treadmill at a slightly inclined level and a steady pace will also help to tone your hips.
What diet should I follow?
To get a body like Shakira, it is essential to eat a diet high in protein. This should include lots of fruit such as melon or grapefruit, and plenty of vegetables. Make sure you get lots of protein from lean meats. Turkey is more lean than chicken, so often a healthier alternative. Try to drink less alcohol as it can be very calorific.
