ZMA is a supplement commonly taken by bodybuilders and weight lifters. Victor Conte developed this sports supplement which is a combination of Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B6. ZMA is claimed to raise strength levels but scientific studies don’t eactly suggest this to be true.
