- Never miss post workout nutrition- after a workout the body needs feeding instantly to get the building material directly into the muscles so they can grow.
- Keep good form- don’t become one of the weight lifters who performs a cheat set every set, form is crucial to a well defined physique and form also protects you from injury that can leave you off training for months.
