A band and a mat is a big part of 50 cents training

For along time personal trainers have said that you can achieve a great body with just a band and a mat, someone who I didn’t expect so say this was 50 cent.  50 cent commented when recently interviewed by a Hip Hop Magazine about how he keeps in shape “you just need a rubber band and a mat.”  50 cent brings his personal trainer everywhere he goes and has one of the most impressive physiques of today’s rappers due to 50 cents training regime.  He says he still benches heavy around 405 pounds but not all his workouts are heavy weight lifting.
