All in one protein powders
February 3rd, 2010
Nowadays you are seeing lots of all in one protein powders, that can include creatine, glutamine etc. Allot of people have been asking me about these lately as they love the idea you an take it all in one rather than in separate forms. I would advise against purchasing these types of protein powders as the levels of the different supplements you need per day are not necessariy proportional in the protein powder. The most common all in one protein powder is the protein powder creatine combination, powdered creatine needs to be taken in a loading phase, how can you do this in a combination of the two? Secondly, creatine power is not the best source of creatine you are much better off going for a liquid creatine such as MMUSA liquid creatine as most of this is abosrbed by the body rather than creatine powder where most is excreted from the body. Stick to separate protein powders, creatine and glutamine, you will get the right amounts of these supplements in their own form and I am sure you will see much better results taking them in this way.
