Personal trainers resources

As a personal trainer you want the best for your client. The location is key to the quality of the workout you will be able to give them. Many personal trainers in Notting Hill and across London take their clients anywhere, down the street, around a car park, whatever they can find!
I have put together a small list of places I think personal trainers in the Notting hill, Queens Park, Holland park area will benefit from.

Holland Park

Holland Park is a great park to take your clients. The park has a large field great for sprints with no cyclists getting in the way. On the Holland Park Avenue entrance there is a steep path leading up to the park great for shuttle runs or just great for a warm up jog. In the centre of the park
opposite the theatre is another large grass section separated with hard ground where many martial arts experts come and practice, another great spot to train at. Personal training in Holland park couldn’t be better designed for personal training.

Hyde Park

Hyde Park is perfect for long jogs as it has a firm pedestrian and cycle track through the park.

Queens Park

Personal training in queens park is great as queens park is designed specifically for working out. The park at the corner entrances has pull up bars, dip bars and abs benches, personally my favourite park for working out in.

Primrose Hill

Personal training in primrose hill is great as there is one of the eldest outdoor gyms. There is a section of the park cornered off by a large hedge specifically for training. There are pull up bars, dip bars, obstacle courses and monkey bars, the full works you would expect from an outdoor gym. Parks are great resources for personal trainers when the weathers great, unfortunately we are in England, where the weather seems to be against us most of the time. Personal Training Studios W10 is situated just off Kensal road close by there is a small park. In the summer this park is another great spot to train but you are best off most of the year at our gym. The quality of your clients workout comes down to what equipment you can provide. Although londons parks are great training grounds for personal trainers unfortunately you wont be able to carry around a dumbbell or squat rack essential for building those large muscle groups that just cant be worked the same in the park. Bring your clients down to personal training studios; when the weathers great, train in the park, but the rest of the year, you know where to be! Since opening the gym in 2006 in November, many Notting Hill trainers became members due to the down poor they were experiencing. Since joining, even when the weather got better, they found personal training studios still the place to be. When it gets hot unfortunately London becomes humid. Personal Training Studios is kept air conditioned all year round.
