Avoid using an alarm clock on the weekend

Most of us during the week use alarm clocks because we have to get up for work. On the weekend if you can avoid it wake up naturally without an alarm clock. By waking up in this way you let the body go through deep sleep and you give the body a full power up. Often monday to friday alarm clock wake us up during deep sleep. Some sleep specialists advise people to use two alarm clocks. One alarm clock goes off first which will us up with light music or a quiet ring so not to wake us up if in deep sleep but wake us up if not in deep sleep. The second alarm clock is set a bit later when we definitely need to get up. This alarm clock goes off loud so as to wake us even if we are in deep sleep. This waking up will allow us to get more deep sleep in the long run.
