Banana shakes are my favourite type of protein shakes, below is a great banana protein shake recipe to help make your daily protein shake taste better.
Banana Protein Shake
2 scoops of Met Rx Supreme Whey Protein
1 large frozen banana chopped up
8oz of soy milk
1 tsp Golden Syrup
3-4 ice cubes
1 TBSP low fat yoghurt
Mix it up and enjoy!
