Bulking recipes

If you are trying to bulk up and are finding it quite hard here are some recipes that will really help speed up the process.  Just to let you know, I am anti bulking up (read my article on bulking) as I find there is no need to put on all this excess fat, but if you want to do this here are some recipes.  I have heard people time after time tell me that they can’t put on weight what ever they try, I promise you that these shakes will make you gain weight fast.

King Bulker

1 Prolab N large 2 serving

2 scoops of Ice Cream

500 ml full fat milk

Mix it up and drink!

1000 calorie shake

Queen bulker

1 Met Rx Supreme Whey

2 TBSP Peanut butter

500 ml full fat milk

1/4 c yoghurt

4 ice cubes

800 calorie shake
