Buy new trainers before you start

When people come to personal training studios for their first workout they normally dig out trainers that are years and years old yet this depends on whether they have been training regularly but more often than not the trainers are very old.  I cannot stress the importance enough of having good trainers.  Old trainers don’t grip properly and don’t give the foot support.  Foot support is very important with weight training.  When you compare old trainers to new ones the new ones make lifting weight when standing up and balancing much easier as your support and balance is boosted.
