Can I train the same muscle group two days in a row?

As a rule no!, most personal trainers will advise you not to as the day off is when you rest to let your muscles repair, however, now and again training the same muscle group two days in a row then taking a longer than usual rest after can really kick start muscle growth so I sometimes do this myself.  I don’t recommend training the same muscle group two days in a row regularly as you may injure yourself or suffer from over training.
