<p>Anyone who has seen Lady Gaga&#8217;s videos has seen that she has a pretty good body, so what is the Lady Gaga workout?  Lady Gaga trains with celebrity personal trainer Harley Pasternak who is also responsible for the bodies of Alicia Keys, Jessica Simpson and Vanessa Williams.  Harley Pasternak stresses to his clients the benefits of his 5 factor diet, three meals and two snacks a day made up of lowfat protein, fiber, healthy carbs and healthy fats.  Pasternack&#8217;s workouts are 25 minutes of strength and cardio training. Pasternack allows his clients one diet cheat day a week and two days off from exercise.</p>

<p>I would imagine that Gwen Stefani is in the gym more or less 6 times a week with her <a href="http://www.myfitnessstudio.co.uk" target="_self">personal trainer</a>.  What stands out the most on Gwen is her deltoids(shoulders.)  Her delts are curved and strong looking, this comes from excercises like shoulder presses and flyes.  If you watched the way Gwen trains I am sure a lot of women would think they would get too bulky from training that way so wouldn&#8217;t train like that but actually as long as your fat is low enough you will look great.  It is hard for women to get very bulky if their fat is low as women don&#8217;t build muscle like men do as they don&#8217;t have the testosterone levels and genetics men have.</p>

<p>Geri Halliwell will probably be training around 5 times a week to keep a body like this.  She has muscular defined arms that would come from a lot of regular high rep weight training.  The reason her muscles stand out so much is due to the low fat on her body, to get her fat this low she will most likely be running regularly in the park.  The press have reported in the past that Geri Halliwell does 2 hour workouts, this is certainly a lot of work.  When I have had clients ask for two hour workouts I usually tell them 1 hour is better as usually the second hour is not as effective as the first as they are too worn out and this can easily lead to over training.  Breaking workouts up into 1 hour sessions I find is always better.</p>

<p>Fergie at the moment is looking in very good shape.  Fergie has defined muscles and reasonably low body fat.  You can see ab definition on her abs due to her low fat around her abs and her toned muscular abs.  To get abs like these make sure you are doing ab training such as ab crunches and leg raises every time your in the gym.  To get your fat low make sure you are doing at least two lots of 40 mins on the treadmill a week.  If you look at the picture below you can notice the muscular definition Fergie has on the front of her legs, this would come from jogging on the road as it is an impact activity and through leg training such as squats and lunges.  Often women are afraid of going heavy on the squats as they think their legs will baloon I can ensure you as long as you are doing cardio and keeping your fat down it will be hard to get your legs massive as muscle doesn&#8217;t grow that big and fast in women.  Looking at Fergie over all you can see she is definitely training hard probably 5 times a week with a <a href="http://www.myfitnessstudio.co.uk" target="_self">personal trainer</a>, to get a body like this you will need to be putting the hours in, in the gym.</p>

<p>Pink has a muscular low fat body.  Pinks upper body is toned and muscular, the muscles really show in her upper body due to her low fat level.  Pink does lots of cardio to keep her body this low fat and keeps to a healthy high protein low fat diet.  Regular weight training of high repetitions would be common in Pinks workouts probably three to four times a week.  Genetically she has a mesomorph build so easily develops muscle fast.  When you picture Pink on stage she is a highly active singer dancing and running all over the place this is what equally burns fat, people who move around a lot are a lot slimmer than those that sit still.  To help get a body like Pinks try and become more active day to day this will help keep fat down.</p>
