Gisele Bundchen has a slim ectomorph/mesomorph build, she has low fat and some muscular definition. Gisele has great genetics which has given her this body, Gisele can stay slim easily and looks great without hitting the gym 4 times a week. Gisele probably does very light weights but quite a few abdominal exercises to ensure she builds a strong toned stomach. Gisele most likely does cardio twice a week to keep fat under control.

Getting a body like Gisele is not easy as her genetics are the reason she can keep great looking arms without working out. If you work out in the gym to get a body like hers to keep your arms a similar size you will need to do light weights which will make them muscular toned not like hers, hers are naturally like that. Gisele’s diet will be a low fat diet full of fruit and veg to keep her complexion looking good.

Kelly Brook has a very curvy body with fat in all the right places. Kelly Brook has genetics that give her this curvy body and ensure that her fat is stored in the right places proportionally. Kelly Brook certainly keeps her body in shape by doing cardio to keep fat down but as for weights she is not very muscularly defined but this isn’t really her look. Unfortunately like with Kim Kardashian to get a body like theirs you need the right genetics, no matter how hard you work in the gym you won’t be able to get a body just like theirs.

Gwen Stefani is a great example of healthy living. Gwen Stefani has always kept to a strict workout regime, strict diet and drinks very little alcohol. Looking at Gwen Stefani you can see she has very low fat on her whole body, she is also rather muscular. Gwen Stefani is a mesomorph build so she build smuscle easily. To get a body like Gwen Stefani you need to make sure you have a low fat, high protein diet. As for your workout regime you should be doing cardio twice a week for 40 minutes of so and working out 4-5 times a week high repetition weights and bodyweight exercises.

I would imagine that Gwen Stefani is in the gym more or less 6 times a week with her personal trainer. What stands out the most on Gwen is her deltoids(shoulders.) Her delts are curved and strong looking, this comes from excercises like shoulder presses and flyes. If you watched the way Gwen trains I am sure allot of women would think they would get too bulky from training that way so wouldn’t train like that but actually as long as your fat is low enough you will look great. It is hard for women to get very bulky if their fat is low as women don’t build muscle like men do as they don’t have the testosterone levels and genetics men have.

Geri Halliwell is a mesomorph therefore she builds muscle easily which has helped her create this great muscular defined low fat body. Geri Halliwell has always taken fitness and strength training seriously and has a regular personal trainer pictured with below. Due to the size of this enormous personal trainer in Hampstead she is standing next to she looks allot smaller than she actually is in the picture below.

Geri Halliwell will probably be training around 5 times a week to keep a body like this. She has muscular defined arms that would come from allot of regular high rep weight training. The reason her muscles stand out so much is due to the low fat on her body, to get her fat this low she will most likely be running regularly in the park. The press have reported in the past that Geri Halliwell does 2 hour workouts, this is certainly allot of work. When I have had clients ask for two hour workouts I usually tell them 1 hour is better as usually the second hour is not as effective as the first as they are too worn out and this can easily lead to over training. Breaking workouts up into 1 hour sessions I find is always better.

Fergie at the moment is looking in very good shape. Fergie has defined muscles and reasonably low body fat. You can see ab definition on her abs due to her low fat around her abs and her toned muscular abs. To get abs like these make sure you are doing ab training such as ab crunches and leg raises every time your in the gym. To get your fat low make sure you are doing at least two lots of 40 mins on the treadmill a week. If you look at the picture below you can notice the muscular definition Fergie has on the front of her legs, this would come from jogging on the road as it is an impact activity and through leg training such as squats and lunges. Often women are afraid of going heavy on the squats as they think their legs will baloon I can ensure you as long as you are doing cardio and keeping your fat down it will be hard to get your legs massive as muscle doesn’t grow that big and fast in women. Looking at Fergie over all you can see she is definitely training hard probably 5 times a week with a personal trainer, to get a body like this you will need to be putting the hours in, in the gym.

Eva Mendez has a great body at the moment, she is looking muscular and toned as well as very curvaceous. Eva has great genetics giving her a curvaceous figure but through regular working out she has developed a toned upper body with good abs and strong defined legs.

Eva has strong defined legs that could equally be achieved through regular squatting and lunging with weights twice a week. In the picture above you can see she has thick developed ham strings these would be achieved through the squats but you may want to do leg curls one day a week to hit them extra hard. Naomi Campbell has an incredible body but unfortunately this comes down to 99.9% her genetic build. Looking at Naomi the only area which looks like it has benefited from the gym are her legs, light high rep squats would help develop these legs and of course cardio to keep fat down . The most important thing to get a body like Naomi is a very healthy diet high in fruits and vegetables and lots of water drinking to flush toxins out the body. Naomi has thin long muscles that look feminine because they haven’t been trained but naturally look proportional and in shape.

Eva Longoria has a good looking body, but it doesn’t look like it took hours in the gym to get. Eva has reasonably low body fat and stores fat on her body in a proportional way so she looks good without much effort. Her arms and back are not very toned and neither are her shoulders but they still look great. Eva Longoria could have an incredible body if she went to the gym 2-3 times a week doing toning exercises. What you will find though is that her diet is pretty good, made up of fruit and vegetables and detoxing drinks which have given her a great complexion.
