Get a body like Eminem

Eminem has a low fat muscular body.  To get a body like Eminem you need to be training in the gym around 4-5 times a week.  To get your body fat as low as Eminem , but depending on your genetics, you should be doing 40 minutes light jogging 2-3 times a week and 3 weights sessions a week.  Eminem would train with heavy weights for low reps as well as medium weights for around 10-15 reps.  I guess Eminem would be doing allot of body weight training such as press ups, sit ups and pull ups.  His diet would be high protein and low fat, Eminem consumes allot of water as whilst on stage he sweats allot out.

Eminem has good shaped deltoids (shoulders) and arms as well as a reasonably developed chest.  His chest is not that big but looks defined.  His abs are visible as he is relatively low fat but they are not that prominent.  To get a body like his the most important thing is to cut down fat so your muscle can be seen more easily under the skin.  His muscles look like they come more from bodyweight training than heavy weight training so start doing press ups more regularly and pull ups.

Get a body like Iggy Pop

When you think of great celeb bodies Iggy Pop is not the first guy who springs to mind, but he has an awesome physique for his age even if it does look a bit scary.  Iggy Pop is 62 years old and has a muscular defined body with very low body fat, a little too low fat if you ask me but for a hard core rock singer who’s body has taken years of abuse from drugs and alcohol, this is not bad at all.

If you are in your 60’s and want to get a body like Iggy Pop you will need to do lots of cardio to lose fat, high repetition weight training, low rep training and body weight exercises.  Iggy has muscular defined pecs that you could get from doing press ups at the beginning and end of workouts as well as bench press training.  Genetically he is very low fat as he is an ectomorph build but from regular training he has built a muscular defined body he has sustained for years.  Being on the road as a rocker he probably did allot of his training on the floor in the tour bus like press ups and crunches, also his body resembles someone who does this kind of training, not very bulky but toned.  His diet is probably low fat or he probably doesn’t eat much, I don’t recommend not eating much but eating healthy low fat meals which will create you a much better body than you would get if you didn’t eat much.

Get a body like Mark Wahlberg

Mark Wahlberg has an incredible body, he has great defined blocky abs, thick delts (shoulders) and large biceps and triceps.  Overall for his height he looks very muscular and defined and stands out as one of the best celeb bodies of the 90’s.  Genetically he is is a mesomorph so has the genetics to build a great muscular body.

The best parts of his body are his triceps which if you look at the picture above are large and very defined.  To get triceps like this you will need to be doing both heavy and high rep tricep exercises such as tricep push downs and dips.  Your fat will also need to be low to get the muscle to look like in the picture above.  Men tend to store fat around the triceps just above the elbow so unless this is low you won’t get the look like the picture above.  Marks workout is probably made up of predominantly heavy weight training to build and maintain the muscular size he has.  His diet will be high protein low fat and he will most likely be doing cardio at least twice a week, I would recommend boxercise to help tone and burn fat to get a body like his.

Get a body like Tyson Beckford

This guy has one of the best bodies around, he has been in great shape consistently for years and is still in incredible shape.  To get a body like Tyson Beckford you need to be hitting the gym 4-5 times a week doing a mixture of heavy weight training and body weight training.

Tyson has reasonably low fat with defined abs, dense muscular muscles on his upper body and reasonably defined legs but not very large.  What stands out on his body is his pecs and abs.  To get the bottom of your pecs to carry that shadow underneath them you need to get your abs in shape and your fat down so the pecs hang over the abs but don’t look like they are hanging over your abs because they are fat.  Make sure you are working the chest from all angles decline, incline and flat as well as flyes.  The chest is a large muscle group that needs to be worked from all angles to make it really stand out as a great developed muscle group.   If your fat is not low enough you wont see the hard work you have done on the chest and abs so make sure you are doing 40 mins cardio at least twice a week.

The only thing I think that lets Tyson down is his legs, he needs to work them out more to add a bit more size to his quads and hamstrings then he will have one of the best bodies of all male celebs.  What is incredible about Tyson is that he is 37 now and has been modeling in great shape for well over 10 years.

Get a body like Jason Stratham

Jason Stratham has a physique that many men would like to have.  He is not huge but has defined dense muscles, his fat isn’t always that low but looks great due to the condition of his muscles.  To get a body like Jason Stratham you will need to do a mixture of heavy weight training, high rep weight training and body weight exercises.  For a body like his, body weight exercises are crucial, this will build the shape he has and give the muscles a thick dense appearance.  Jason Stratham has particularly defined triceps which can be achieved from dips.  He has defined shaped shoulders that you could develop form regular lat flyes of 10-15 reps.  Of course the whole body has to be worked out equally but these are some areas to concentrate on to get a body particularly like his.

Get a body like Mike Tyson

Mike Tyson has great genetics, he is a mesomorph (most muscular build) and has been lifting weights and training hard his whole life.  Mike Tyson has been driven since a young age to suceed so has put in everything he has into his .  To get a body like Mike you will need to be training 4-5 times a week hard doing cardio for 3-4 hours a week and heavy weights 3-4 times a week.  Your diet will have to be strict, high protein and high carbs.  Sports supplements will really help you to get a body like this.

Mike Tyson has large bulky deltoids(shoulders) to get shoulders like this you will need to be doing heavy shoulder presses of around 6 reps twice a week, I would advise.  Mike overall has thick bulky muscle that heavy weight training will develop along side a high protein diet.  Still do high rep training but only for a couple of sets each workout to get the chiseled look.  Although Mike Tyson has a thick muscular build he has ripped abs, you will need to be hitting the abs hard every workout, the abs need hitting harder than most muscle groups like the calves so you will need to hit them regularly and intensely.

The majority of Mikes training is made up from boxing training, impact training like boxing helps tone muscles and increase muscular density.  Start using the punch bag after a couple of workouts each week doing rounds on the bag hard for 3 minutes, at first this will be hard to go 3 minutes but as you get fitter you will be able to last.  Boxing training will help shape the shoulders and triceps as this is where the power comes from.

Make sure you are eating red meat, chicken, fish, protein shakes this is what will develop the thick muscular build you are after, eat rice and potatoes for your carbs and lots of fruit and vegetables.

Since Fast and the Furious guys all over the world have wanted a body like Vin Diesel in Fast and the Furious.  Vin diesel has a strong muscular build with relatively low fat, genetically a mesomorph Vin Diesel was given a boost genetically for a good body.

How do I get a body like this?

To get a body like Vin Diesels you will need to hit the heavy weights for mainly low reps but also high reps to help  get that good tone Vin has.  Vin has a large chest and shoulders so make sure you are doing heavy bench presses for low reps and heavy shoulder presses for low reps.  If you look at the picture below you will notice Vin Diesel has great definition around the hip flexors to get this definition you will need to make sure lying leg raises are part of your abs workout.  Get a friend or training partner to stand either side of your head, holding on to his ankles get him to exert force against your legs as you do the raises throwing them down as you reach the top.

What should my diet be like?

High protein is essential make sure you are eating either fish or meat daily as well as consuming protein shakes daily.  Keep to a low fat diet to get your fat down but make sure your carbs are quite high if your a hard gainer as you will need these to build the muscle.  Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins and anti bloat.

Get a body like 50 Cent

50 Cent has undoubtedly got one of the best celeb bodies out of todays rappers.  50 Cent has a great body before he came a star, in his first video we could see him in the gym and could see his great abs early on in his career(pictured below upside down).  50 cent hits heavy weights but also high reps, he recently commented that he realized that he could still get a hard workout from an exercise band.

You will need to hit the heavy weights for a body like 50 cent, 6-8 reps for 3 sets, try and work each muscle group from many different angles to build shape and to give the overall muscle a workout e.g. incline, decline and flat bench press for the chest.  50 cent has a thick hanging chest which many people find hard to develop because they don’t put in the work you need to build a good chest, 3 sets of flat bench is not enough for a chest workout as it is such a big muscle you need to hit it from all angles.  50 cent has defined abs which are not only because he is relatively low fat but because they literally stick out from his stomach, to get your abs like this you will need to do weighted ab crunches and put in ab workouts in every workout you do.  50 cent has also got very thick delts, overhead shoulder presses standing or seated will need to be done for shoulders like these, 6-8 reps as heavy weight as you can manage whilst keeping good form.

What’s 50 cents diet like

50 Cent will have a strict low carb diet, high in protein from meat, fish and protein shakes I would have thought and would certainly be getting a good supply of fruit and veg daily.  Despite speculation that both he and LL Cool J are steroid users which I couldn’t say for sure, both their body shapes can be achieved without steroid use through regular weight training and a healthy diet.

Get a body like LL Cool J

When you think of rappers with good bodies you think of LL Cool J and 50 Cent, these guys are in great shape.  LL and 50 are not only muscular but have a lean low fat look.  There is no doubt that heavy weights is a major part of their workout but I am pretty sure if you asked them you would find these guys putting in the high reps, body-weight exercises and a few hours of cardio each week.

How to get in shape like LL Cool J?

You certainly need to be hitting the weights hard if you want a body like LL Cool J.  Heavy bench presses of around 6-8 reps on the incline, decline and flat setting.  You will need to do regular chest flies in your chest workout and get used to high rep press ups as well as weighted and raised press ups.  Hit the arms hard with heavy barbell and dumbbell curls 6-8 reps.  LL Cool J has great traps these will come naturally without having to isolate the muscle group as most people develop these pretty fast from lat flyes however if your not getting the growth you want throw in some shrugs once a week that is sure to blast them.  Abs, the muscle group that really stands out on LL, hit these with high reps 20-30 reps feet raised sit ups and leg raises.  Introduce weighted sit ups as you progress to.  For cardio concentrate on a 40 minute light jogs twice a week.

What should my diet be like?

As LL Cool J is very low fat you will need to watch your carbs ensuring they are not too high but enough to get the muscle growth you are after because remember Carbs are essential to muscle growth not just protein, most people trying to build muscle don’t get anywhere near the Carbs they should.  Fruit and Veg is equally essential for your anti oxidants and should be eaten daily.  Last but not least make sure you get plenty of water to flush out toxins and help with weight loss, don’t forget the myth that drinking water makes you look fatter, what it actually does it make you reduce water tension.
