Coffee alternatives for energy

Most people have a cup of coffee in the morning to give them energy to kick start the day, but are there alternatives for energy? Black tea is a great alternative, contains a lot of caffeine if that is what you are after.  Teas contain caffeine and many people are not aware of this so often coffee drinkers when told by the doctor to cut down, drink more tea and get the same caffeine they were trying to avoid from the tea.  Other than tea energy drinks like red bull are good energy boosters but you should only have one or two cans now and again as they are very strong and too many a day can even be fatal.

I have never been a coffee drinker, I get my energy from a balanced diet, exercise and most importantly lots of sleep.  You will find that living this way you won’t need caffeine its only when you don’t get enough sleep or a good diet you need caffeine as the unhealthy replacement.
