Do you eat too fast?

Most of us generally eat too fast and should slow down the speed we eat at to get the following benefits.
Better digestion
Eating slower helps with digestion so we suffer less from bloating, stomach aches and heart burn.
Lower calories
Eating slower causes us to take in less calories, when we eat it takes awhile for our body to register we are full so by eating slower our body fills up at the correct speed as opposed to shoveling down as much as you can get in your mouth.
So how can we eat slower-
Smaller cutlery
Smaller cutlery means we take smaller portions into our mouth, also by eating on smaller plates we tend to eat less.
Sitting down at a table to eat
When we sit down at the table to eat we take our time, when we sit down in front of the tv we don’t concentrate on our food and often eat faster so we can watch the Tv and put the plate away. Also sitting at the table is a much better shape for the bodies digestion.
