Fat burning tips

The most common goal of most people who come to My Fitness Studio W10 is to burn fat. I have put together a few fat burning tips to help you burn fat over the winter, a time when lots of us end up putting on the pounds.
- Do cardio training for minimum 20 minutes (body breaks down fat most efficiently after 20 minutes of cardio)
- Drink lots of water
- Keep yourself at around 65% of your maximum heart rate
- Don’t eat last thing before you go to bed
- Put on muscle, more muscle you have the more fat your body burns naturally day to day
- Start cycling or walking to work
- Be more active around the house, walking up and down stairs in your block if you live in apartments instead of taking the lift
- Get a dog, walking a dog regularly is a great way to lose weight
- Break your meals up into smaller meals throughout the day, body can digest these better
- Get a pedometer and try and beat your score each day
