Fitness tips for women

Here are a few fitness tips for women to help with the psychological aspects of fitness and help you reach your goals.

  • Make short term goals as well as long term goals.  If you set lots of realistic short term goals you will feel happy on your step to your long term goal.  If you just have one long term goal getting there can feel a long journey and it is easy to become disheartened.
  • Reward yourself when you reach your goals
  • Track your progress weekly, weighing yourself weekly and measuring yourself monthly.
  • Give yourself enough rest make sure you get 8 hours sleep a night.
  • Focus on what you are getting out of excercise not on how much time it takes out of your social life, look at the positives.
