Default Hey folks

Hi :)

Greetings from Liverpool!

Been a PT for a while now, but only really been looking at marketing and networking online recently as most of my business is via word of mouth. Hoping to connect and share some ideas with fellow PTs.

Word of mouth is pretty powerful but you also need a website and many other things covered in depth in our marketing section. Welcome!!!!!!!

I have read that in a study before where they say that when people have a bad experience of customer service they feel the need to tell everyone but if it is good they tell much fewer.
