Get a body like Cheryl Cole

Cheryl Cole has great genetics for a great body, she has a really small frame something that if you haven’t got and want we can’t alter no matter how hard you train, this is what you are born with and it can’t be changed.  Personal training can however reduce fat around specific areas of the body and tone up others to give the illusion of a much smaller frame.  Cheryl cole has slim defined muscles that would come from high rep light weight training.  Cheryl Cole has reasonably low fat most likely genetically but also because she probably goes to the gym regularly to do cardio once to twice a week.

Looking at her abs no matter how good her genetics are she would be doing regular ab exercises each workout and watching her diet so she doesn’t put fat on round her stomach.  She most likely eats a high protein, low carb diet to ensure she keeps muscle on but burns fat right down.  The only thing that lets Cheryl down is her bad choice of tattoos but luckily she keeps these covered up.
