Get a body like Ciara

If you have been watching Ciara’s latest music videos you will have certainly noticed her incredible body. Ciara has a muscular toned physique with low body fat. Genetically Ciara is very lucky, she has a mesomorph/ectomorph build which is what every woman wants. To get a body like Ciara you will definately need to do a lot of high repetition weights and cardio to lose fat.
Ciara has strong rounded deltoids(shoulders) that really stand out, to get your shoulders like this you will need to be doing plenty of shoulder presses and flyes. Keep your shoulder exercises to 15-20 reps and do full rotational shoulder presses to enhance that shoulder shape Ciara has. A full rotational shoulder press is where you start with the weights the opposite way round to a regular shoulder press and as you push up you rotate them round to finish in the standard shoulder press position.

To get your arms like Ciara’s make sure you are doing tricep push downs, high rep, bicep curls, high rep and plenty of stretches to keep the muscles looking long like hers. Ciaras abs come from plenty of crunches and leg raises make sure you are training abs every workout as this muscle needs hitting harder than the rest.
Last but not least, make sure you are doing at least 40 minutes jogging on the treadmill twice a week to lose fat. Apart from exercise your diet will need to be in excellent condition, made up of high protein foods, low fat food and medium carb foods. I said medium carb foods as often magazines and blogs say low carb and this I don’t really agree with as you will need a lot of energy to train at the intensity needed to develop this shape. You can’t lift weights for really high reps if you have no energy.
