Get a body like Eminem

Eminem has a low fat muscular body.  To get a body like Eminem you need to be training in the gym around 4-5 times a week.  To get your body fat as low as Eminem , but depending on your genetics, you should be doing 40 minutes light jogging 2-3 times a week and 3 weights sessions a week.  Eminem would train with heavy weights for low reps as well as medium weights for around 10-15 reps.  I guess Eminem would be doing a lot of body weight training such as press ups, sit ups and pull ups.  His diet would be high protein and low fat, Eminem consumes a lot of water as whilst on stage he sweats a lot out.

Eminem has good shaped deltoids (shoulders) and arms as well as a reasonably developed chest.  His chest is not that big but looks defined.  His abs are visible as he is relatively low fat but they are not that prominent.  To get a body like his the most important thing is to cut down fat so your muscle can be seen more easily under the skin.  His muscles look like they come more from bodyweight training than heavy weight training so start doing press ups more regularly and pull ups.
