Get a body like Eva Mendes

Eva Mendez has a great body at the moment, she is looking muscular and toned as well as very curvaceous. Eva has great genetics giving her a curvaceous figure but through regular working out she has developed a toned upper body with good abs and strong defined legs.

Eva has strong defined legs that could equally be achieved through regular squatting and lunging with weights twice a week. In the picture above you can see she has thick developed ham strings these would be achieved through the squats but you may want to do leg curls one day a week to hit them extra hard. To get an upper body like Eva regular high rep weight training will do it as well as a strict diet to keep the fat under control.
