Get a body like Fergie

Fergie at the moment is looking in very good shape. Fergie has defined muscles and reasonably low body fat. You can see ab definition on her abs due to her low fat around her abs and her toned muscular abs. To get abs like these make sure you are doing ab training such as ab crunches and leg raises every time your in the gym. To get your fat low make sure you are doing at least two lots of 40 mins on the treadmill a week. If you look at the picture below you can notice the muscular definition Fergie has on the front of her legs, this would come from jogging on the road as it is an impact activity and through leg training such as squats and lunges. Often women are afraid of going heavy on the squats as they think their legs will baloon I can ensure you as long as you are doing cardio and keeping your fat down it will be hard to get your legs massive as muscle doesn’t grow that big and fast in women. Looking at Fergie over all you can see she is definitely training hard probably 5 times a week with a personal trainer, to get a body like this you will need to be putting the hours in, in the gym.
