Get a body like Geri Halliwell

Geri Halliwell is a mesomorph therefore she builds muscle easily which has helped her create this great muscular defined low fat body.  Geri Halliwell has always taken fitness and strength training seriously and has a regular personal trainer pictured with below.  Due to the size of this enormous personal trainer in Hampstead she is standing next to she looks a lot smaller than she actually is in the picture below.

Geri Halliwell will probably be training around 5 times a week to keep a body like this.  She has muscular defined arms that would come from a lot of regular high rep weight training.  The reason her muscles stand out so much is due to the low fat on her body, to get her fat this low she will most likely be running regularly in the park.  The press have reported in the past that Geri Halliwell does 2 hour workouts, this is certainly a lot of work.  When I have had clients ask for two hour workouts I usually tell them 1 hour is better as usually the second hour is not as effective as the first as they are too worn out and this can easily lead to over training.  Breaking workouts up into 1 hour sessions I find is always better.
