Get a body like Gwen Stefani

Gwen Stefani is a great example of healthy living.  Gwen Stefani has always kept to a strict workout regime, strict diet and drinks very little alcohol.  Looking at Gwen Stefani you can see she has very low fat on her whole body, she is also rather muscular.  Gwen Stefani is a mesomorph build so she build smuscle easily.  To get a body like Gwen Stefani you need to make sure you have a low fat, high protein diet.  As for your workout regime you should be doing cardio twice a week for 40 minutes of so and working out 4-5 times a week high repetition weights and bodyweight exercises.

I would imagine that Gwen Stefani is in the gym more or less 6 times a week with her personal trainer.  What stands out the most on Gwen is her deltoids(shoulders.)  Her delts are curved and strong looking, this comes from excercises like shoulder presses and flyes.  If you watched the way Gwen trains I am sure a lot of women would think they would get too bulky from training that way so wouldn’t train like that but actually as long as your fat is low enough you will look great.  It is hard for women to get very bulky if their fat is low as women don’t build muscle like men do as they don’t have the testosterone levels and genetics men have.
