Get a body like Halle Berry

Halle Berry has one of the best bodies of any female celebs.  Halle Berry has a body that looks both athletic and natural from her great genetics.  Halle Berry has thick defined quadriceps (front of legs) which could be achieved through regular squats, lunges and seated chairs in the gym.  Her shoulders and arms are toned but look natural not through lots of working out.  She has reasonably low fat and doesn’t carry much fat on her stomach.  Genetically she has a great frame with long muscles and fat stored proportionally over the body instead of collectively in one area.  To get a body like Halle Berry you want to concentrate on legs, calves and glutes(bum) still do upper body exercises but high rep and making sure you are stretching regularly to lengthen the muscles.  Halle Berry’s diet is very important to her shape, she has great skin and has a very natural looking physique.  Make sure you are not taking in too many toxins such as coffee and try and have regular massages to keep the body looking relaxed and healthy like hers.
