Get a body like Iggy Pop

When you think of great celeb bodies Iggy Pop is not the first guy who springs to mind, but he has an awesome physique for his age even if it does look a bit scary.  Iggy Pop is 62 years old and has a muscular defined body with very low body fat, a little too low fat if you ask me but for a hard core rock singer who’s body has taken years of abuse from drugs and alcohol, this is not bad at all.

If you are in your 60’s and want to get a body like Iggy Pop you will need to do lots of cardio to lose fat, high repetition weight training, low rep training and body weight exercises.  Iggy has muscular defined pecs that you could get from doing press ups at the beginning and end of workouts as well as bench press training.  Genetically he is very low fat as he is an ectomorph build but from regular training he has built a muscular defined body he has sustained for years.  Being on the road as a rocker he probably did a lot of his training on the floor in the tour bus like press ups and crunches, also his body resembles someone who does this kind of training, not very bulky but toned.  His diet is probably low fat or he probably doesn’t eat much, I don’t recommend not eating much but eating healthy low fat meals which will create you a much better body than you would get if you didn’t eat much.
