Get a body like Jessica Biel

Jessica Biel has a great muscular defined body, had I known about her before writing the top 10 female celeb bodies list I would have put her up the top. Jessica Biel has a mesomorph build allowing her to build shapely muscle easily. Looking at Jessica Biel’s body the first thing that strikes you is her muscular shoulders, these would come from regular shoulder presses and lat flyes. The second thing that stands out is her arms, she would be doing regular tricep and bicep work with reasonably heavy weights for a woman. Third, if you look at the picture below you will notice the muscularity in her legs, that resemble more of a mans leg than a woman’s, this is due to her quadricep development(front of leg muscle). Jessica I would guess is doing lots of squats and lunges with reasonably heavy weights.

Jessica Biel has low body fat equally down to her diet not just her workout regime. Due to the muscle she is carrying her body would burn fat a lot faster than the average person. Jessica’s diet is most likely to be high protein low fat with her watching her meals regularly.
Jessica Biel has a great body that a lot of women envy but some would find her a little too muscular for what some women want to look like and what some men find attractive. Jessica has slightly larger muscles than most female celebs but personally I think it suits her shape and looks great. A body like Jessica’s no matter how good your genetics comes from really hard work in the gym so if you want a body like Jessica Biel you need to be hitting the gym 4-5 times a week.
