Get a body like Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian has a body many women envy.  Kim’s body comes down mainly to her genetics, she has a very curvy shape where all the fat she holds is stored on the body in a way that really suits her shape and emphasizes her curves.  Kim Kardashian does not have low fat or a particularly muscular toned body but looks fantastic due to her great genetics.  Kim Kardashian’s most famous body part is her bum, no matter how many squats you do it will be hard to get a bum like hers, this is not muscle but just how the fat is stored on her body.  The problem with trying to get a body like Kim Kardashian is it comes down to nearly 100% her genetics so makes it hard to replicate through exercise and diet.

To get a body similar to Kim Kardashian you don’t need to concentrate on getting your fat low but toning your muscles through high rep weight lifting.  To get a bum like hers do sets of squats regularly going really deep at the final part of the movement and using weights or medicine balls whilst squatting.  You won’t get your glutes(bum) like hers unless you have the genetics right for it but you can certainly enlarge the size of your glutes.  Many women ask me how do you get rid of a flat bum, and the answer is exercises such as deep squats, doing these regularly will get rid of a flat bum.

    It’s not easy to get a body like this believe me I never stop trying lol.

    And you’re right about the glutes too – they are muscles that can’t really be made that shape, it is how the body covers them in the right amounts of fat. I’m still trying though I’m not a quitter :p

    If you want a body like Kim kardashian pay 12 payments of 545 to the surgeon, I thank god he gave a nice body most of the women just need to be more into exercise and eating healthy, I play Soccer so Ahhhhhhh! I’m good.
