Get a body like Lady Gaga

Anyone who has seen Lady Gaga’s videos has seen that she has a pretty good body, so what is the Lady Gaga workout?  Lady Gaga trains with celebrity personal trainer Harley Pasternak who is also responsible for the bodies of Alicia Keys, Jessica Simpson and Vanessa Williams.  Harley Pasternak stresses to his clients the benefits of his 5 factor diet, three meals and two snacks a day made up of lowfat protein, fiber, healthy carbs and healthy fats.  Pasternack’s workouts are 25 minutes of strength and cardio training. Pasternack allows his clients one diet cheat day a week and two days off from exercise.

On the Today Show Pasternack revealed he keeps Lady Gaga’s abs in such great condition by making her do heaps of crunches.  Lady Gaga’s workout starts with basic crunches going on to reverse crunches and double crunches.  Overall, Lady Gaga has low body fat with muscular definition across most of her body down to her strict diet and toning workouts.  To get a body like Lady Gaga concentrate on ab workouts and overall toning and strengthening work, also ensuring you are doing enough cardio each week for fat loss.  As for your diet you will have to be very strict, read our fitness nutrition articles for more advice on how you can get your diet right.
