Naomi Campbell has an incredible body but unfortunately this comes down to 99.9% her genetic build. Looking at Naomi the only area which looks like it has benefited from the gym are her legs, light high rep squats would help develop these legs and of course cardio to keep fat down . The most important thing to get a body like Naomi is a very healthy diet high in fruits and vegetables and lots of water drinking to flush toxins out the body. Naomi has thin long muscles that look feminine because they haven’t been trained but naturally look proportional and in shape.
