Body like Pink

Pink has a muscular low fat body.  Pinks upper body is toned and muscular, the muscles really show in her upper body due to her low fat level.  Pink does lots of cardio to keep her body this low fat and keeps to a healthy high protein low fat diet.  Regular weight training of high repetitions would be common in Pinks workouts probably three to four times a week.  Genetically she has a mesomorph build so easily develops muscle fast.  When you picture Pink on stage she is a highly active singer dancing and running all over the place this is what equally burns fat, people who move around a lot are a lot slimmer than those that sit still.  To help get a body like Pinks try and become more active day to day this will help keep fat down.
