Get a body like Rihanna

If you have been watching Rihanna’s music videos since she began you will have noticed that her body shape has just got better and better.  This body has been achieved through a lot of hard exercise especially cardiovascular exercise.  Rihanna has a personal trainer and has been advised to eat meals every three hours which she hasn’t really followed but has gone as far as having egg whites in the morning so its no wonder she has such a great physique.  Because of Rihanna’s busy schedule she has found it hard to eat every three hours so really only eats three meals a day which her personal trainer is not happy with.

Rihanna puts in lots of cardiovascular exercise especially jogging to burn fat.  Rihanna does so much cardio to help burn fat on her lower body as she is very concious about her leg size. “I’m insecure about them. Everyone wants to have slim, perfectly-toned legs and I’m the same. I do weights but I don’t want my legs to bulk up so I do a lot of cardio. I’ve lost a lot of weight since I started working out and if I exercise every day for a week, I can drop several pounds. If I diet, I see even faster results.”  Rihanna is currently a size 2 but she says she has to do a lot of work to keep this way in her old videos she was a lot larger.
