Get rid of bingo wings

Bingo wings (fat that hangs underneath your upper arms) are hated by most women and the common question put to our personal trainers is how to remove them quickly.  The three steps below need to be followed to remove bingo wings

Eat healthily

Do regular resistance training

Do regular cardiovascular training

Bingo wings are caused by fat build up.  Women store fat around their stomachs, on the backs of their arms and on their bum.  So overall bodily fat needs to be lowered to reduce bingo wings.  This is done by eating healthily and cardiovascular training.  To tone this area of the backs of the arms so your arms look in better shape and firmer you need to get into resistance training, exercises such as dips, triceps push downs and close grip bench press will help eliminate bingo wings.
