Hannibal for king workout advice

Welcome our new blog writer “Hannibal for king” here he will be sharing his knowledge on how he achieved such an incredible physique allowing him to perform in such a way on the pull ups and dips bars.

Hannibal-

Hello ladies and gentlemen this is the one and only Hannibal For King and I am writing this blog to leave you a little information about Calisthenics and a very useful way to enjoy and benefit from it in a very unique and fun way. The first thing you must do is to get/be comfortable with your weight because if or when you get comfortable with your weight it shouldn’t be a problem for you to push or pull your weight. The next step is to be mentally ready to do exactly what you put your mind to do no matter if it is pleasurable or painful you must prepare yourself mentally because if you don’t then you have already made it a little harder than it normally is, that is one of the first steps to getting started at this great exercise (I feel a lot of us take advantage of) we call Calisthenics. The very next step after the mental strength exercise is the mental control exercise that I feel will get you started with this great exercise or anything else in life that is a challenge to conquer, and that is coming from Hannibal For King AKA the Humble Android. Now if or once you have completed the first few steps you should be ready to get started. Now then first routine should learn to master/conquer is the regular Pull ups, Dips, and and some Push ups and another thing is you should not worry about the next persons workout unless it can help you, and you must stay focused on your routine and your control of your routine, then you will see some progression mentally, spiritually and lets not forget physically, and that is a gem coming from Hannibal ForKing.     Those horizontal dips are on my to do list for this year, but man I have real respect for Hannibal’s abilities. I need to learn some more core excersizes.

    first of all .. respect from Romania …… and second…. what are these exercises in a certain order? …. and is there a specific number of sets reps and breaks? p.s. i like the fact that Calistethics get you good tone definition …. not like those neanderthals in the gim pumping iron and gaining mass till the point it just looks retarded and most of them look like blobs or genetic freaks

    Just wanted to say I been using your video for inspiration over the last year and have completely ripped the fat from my body. I dont use the playground but do lots of core work in the gym and cant pass a tree without doing pull ups. I love doing the press ups I learnt from you with the leg raised right up in the air and the hands close together.
    I have posted you videos on my Facebook page and my pals think your the man too. Keep it up cant wait for some new videos!!!

    Could you please share some info on who Hannibal is in real life and what he does for a living? The reason I’m asking is that Hannibal’s videos are pretty popular on Russian Ytube, but there are always jerks that go like, “Oh, yeah, this nigga don’t work, he lives on foodstamps, and therefore, he has lots of time to work out!” To me, this is BS and crap, but I’d love to confront these idiots with real facts, and not just my opinions, so any info on Hannibal would be priceless. Thanks a mil in advance!

    hannibal is a absolute beast and amazing in those videos, but I see him doing pretty much the same thing over and over again. I gotta give him respect but I never hear or see anything about amount of sets or number of reps; theres never any specifics. Youd need to be in unbelievable shape just to start his workout.

    Hi Hannibal, firstly, maximum respect and thanks to you from me in England, YOU have changed my life forever! I watched one of your clips on you tube, then straight away tried as much as i could remember using anything around me and a pull up bar. The next day i felt totally different, i felt more confident and empowered, THANK YOU so much. I now am trying to raise the funds,find an area to use, build the simple equipment required to practice it and preach your baby. I know its asking alot, but if i could be contacted you, or any of your team, i would kindly like some advice and help, because once i have acheived what i want, i dont want to call my operation something silly, its your idea and the title has to reflect and respect that ! Let god be with you, in all that you, be safe, please carry on the good work. Also please do not let any of the sceptics and dis-believers bring you down brother, because i have mates that train like hell down the gym, eat everything in sight, but they cant even do one pull up ? whereas i can do, after some stretches, and warm a up at least 25 pull ups, and im alot bigger than them more defined and ALOT lot stronger, plus im 41 yrs old, most of them are in their mid twentys. This is why i am so passionate and believe in you and this, no more gym membership for anyone i say . THANK YOU SO MUCH Paul.
