Hannibal for king workout advice

Hello ladies and gentlemen this is the one and only Hannibal For King and I am writing this blog to leave you a little information about Calisthenics and a very useful way to enjoy and benefit from it in a very unique and fun way. The first thing you must do is to get/be comfortable with your weight because if or when you get comfortable with your weight it shouldn’t be a problem for you to push or pull your weight. The next step is to be mentally ready to do exactly what you put your mind to do no matter if it is pleasurable or painful you must prepare yourself mentally because if you don’t then you have already made it a little harder than it normally is, that is one of the first steps to getting started at this great exercise (I feel a lot of us take advantage of) we call Calisthenics. The very next step after the mental strength exercise is the mental control exercise that I feel will get you started with this great exercise or anything else in life that is a challenge to conquer, and that is coming from Hannibal For King AKA the Humble Android. Now if or once you have completed the first few steps you should be ready to get started. Now then first routine should learn to master/conquer is the regular Pull ups, Dips, and and some Push ups and another thing is you should not worry about the next persons workout unless it can help you, and you must stay focused on your routine and your control of your routine, then you will see some progression mentally, spiritually and lets not forget physically, and that is a gem coming from Hannibal ForKing. Those horizontal dips are on my to do list for this year, but man I have real respect for Hannibal’s abilities. I need to learn some more core excersizes.

first of all .. respect from Romania …… and second…. what are these exercises in a certain order? …. and is there a specific number of sets reps and breaks? p.s. i like the fact that Calistethics get you good tone definition …. not like those neanderthals in the gim pumping iron and gaining mass till the point it just looks retarded and most of them look like blobs or genetic freaks

Just wanted to say I been using your video for inspiration over the last year and have completely ripped the fat from my body. I dont use the playground but do lots of core work in the gym and cant pass a tree without doing pull ups. I love doing the press ups I learnt from you with the leg raised right up in the air and the hands close together.
I have posted you videos on my Facebook page and my pals think your the man too. Keep it up cant wait for some new videos!!!

Hannibal, I’ve got great respect for your abilities in calisthenics.
Thanks for taking the time to help us learn from a Master in Bodyweight Exercises. Me and my friends got some real inspiration from watching your videos, it got me into bodyweight training, hoping ever to be able what you do!I look forward in reading you blog.
