Health benefits from watermelons

Watermelons are great to add to your diet if you are exercising regularly.  Watermelons helps speed up recovery time after workouts.  if you speed up your recovery time you are able to work out more regularly and you will also have a lot more energy for your workouts.  Watermelon contains L-Citrulline an amino acid that supports optimisation of blood flow to your tissues.

So how much watermelon should I be eating?  I tend to eat watermelon once to twice a week to get a good supply of L-Citrulline.  You could eat it everyday but it is not very common.
