How much is too much coffee?

The department of health advises people not to drink more than five single espressos roughly seven instant coffees a day although sensitivity of different individuals vary.  The highest caffeine coffee is filter coffee with around 120mg of caffeine in it.  Instant coffee contains around 75mg and espresso 107mg.  Did you know that too much coffee daily can lead to Caffeinism which is caffeine addiction.  You can develop this addiction if you have around 600mg to around 750mg a day.  Scientists from Bristol university have found that the difference in alertness from non coffee drinkers to coffee drinkers in the morning in no different, so skipping it as your wake up drink is not the end of the world and will help you cut down your coffee intake.
