How often should you have personal training a week?

It all depends on your time schedule, your budget, what results you want and when. For most people who come to My Fitness Studio I advise them to have personal training twice to three times a week. Once a week is not really enough time to get results unless they are doing other exercise outside of the gym as well. The most I advise for someone to come to the gym is 5 times a week as you need 2 days recovery to get the optimum results. Sessions are one hour and don’t need to be any longer. If you want to do one hour and a half this can be arranged but we won’t do any longer than that as the session becomes counter productive.
