How to get a Body like Beyonce’s

Beyonce’s curves are the envy of women everywhere – especially her coveted derriere. To maintain her toned curves takes a lot of work and dedication, but it doesn’t all have to be hard work. A healthy attitude towards food and exercise can help you achieve a body like Beyonce’s.
What exercise should I do?
To maintain a body like Beyonce’s will require exercising up to five times a week, starting with 30 minutes of cardio exercise such as running or cycling, followed by a dumbbell workout for 45 minutes. Because Beyonce is genetically programmed to be curvy, by exercising she can add muscle to the areas where fat is deposited. Exercises such as squats, leg presses and lunges help to tone the hips, buttocks and thighs. Probably the biggest contribution to Beyonce’s fitness and physique is dancing, which provides a high impact cardio workout, so put on some music and your dancing shoes!

What should I eat?
To stay lean, a healthy diet low in fat and carbohydrates is essential. Eating lean meat and vegetables, whilst avoiding red meat, alcohol and bread, can contribute to a well-balanced diet. Although this requires a large amount of dedication, Beyonce has admitted she allows herself junk food every once in a while. As long as your diet is healthy and balanced, giving yourself a treat once in a while is not something to feel guilty about. Make sure your diet contains plenty of Omega-3, found in oily fish such as tuna and salmon, because as well as being good for your heart it helps to condition skin and hair.
