Pamela Anderson is well known for looking good in a red swimming costume, and has two extremely famous assets. Although achieving Pamela’s physique may not always be possible without surgery, there are less extreme ways of getting her look.
How can I get her shape?
Although exercising cannot make your bust larger, there are exercises you can do to make it firmer. Working on the pectoral muscles that support the breasts will help do this. Swimming is an excellent exercise for firming up the pectoral muscles, as it works a lot of the upper body. In the gym get your personal trainer to give you more pectoral exercise regularly mainly high rep but include one or two low rep sets to.

What should I eat?
To look like Pamela, a healthy diet low in fat and carbohydrates is essential. Eating lean meat and vegetables and avoiding food such as pasta and bread can contribute to a well-balanced diet.
