How to get a body like Pink

Pink has a very athletic and toned physique, with a famous washboard stomach. Her acrobatic stage routines require a lot of strength and endurance, and in turn add to her lean physical appearance. However, there are exercises you can do to get a body like Pink that aren’t so strenuous.

 How can I get her shape?

Pink’s upper body is very muscular and toned. To achieve this, start with the core muscles by doing side bridges, holding for a minute on each side. Stomach crunches and sit-ups will help to tone your abs and get a stomach like Pink’s. To tone your arms and upper body do 10 push-ups and then drop to a plank for a minute. Repeat this four times. For the lower body, star jumps and lunges will tone the hips, buttocks and legs. Include twenty to thirty minutes of cardio in your workout, for instance running on a treadmill for 20 minutes. Pink has said she likes to run for an hour every day, though if you do not have the time to do this running three times a week for twenty minutes will be beneficial. As well as circuits, Pink likes a bit of variety and enjoys kickboxing, yoga and Pilates. For an added challenge, hold light dumbbells whilst kickboxing.

 What should I eat?

To get a body like Pink, a low fat, balanced diet is important. Pink eats lots of vegetables including cucumbers, tomatoes and spinach, and gets her protein from foods like fish and tofu.
