Hugh Jackman’s workout

Hugh Jackman has had a lot of media attention lately due to him being in the new x-men film coming out. Jackman’s body in this film is absolutely incredible and has given a lot of people enthusiasm around weight training since the poster releases. He did weight training for 15 months leading up to this film. He performed very slow reps during his mass building training with a three second count on the way up and one second on the way down. The second stage of his mass buliding he lifted very heavy weights with no attention to tempo. He was weight training at this period for around 1-2 hours 5 days a week, a bit high if you ask me but it certainly did the trick. Jackman didn’t just train in the gym but was also attending yoga and pilates something Arnold did back in the day knowing the importance of stretching on muscular development and muscular symmetry.
