I hurt my leg really bad playing rugby but I want to keep in shape what can I do?

Like I have mentioned a few times before here you can train around injuries.  Don’t stop training just because you have an injury work around it.  If you have hurt your leg playing rugby then we can definitely still train your upper body whilst your leg repairs.  Leg injuries are very common in rugby and you must work round them or you will quickly get out of shape.  Speak to one of our personal trainers so they can give you the best workout program to give you a goof workout without interfering with your injury.
