Personal training with kettlebells

At personal training studios we have now introduced kettle bells and everyone is mad about them.  We have personal trainers that have an in depth knowledge of personal training with kettle bells and some of their clients are now more keen on them than dumbbells.  You can do standard weight training exercises with the kettle bells such as bench presses, curls and rows for a muscular workout but for a muscular workout and cardiovascular workout combined ballistic kettle bell exercises can be performed which are the most popular.  Ballistic kettle bell exercises are snatches, swings, cleans and jerks and trust me if you do a lot of these back to back this will have you exhausted.  I recently did a kettle bell session with one of the kettle bell experts and it had me on the floor gasping for breath.  To book a kettle bell session at My Fitness Studio W10 call 02089603655 and speak to Rob.
