Liquid creatine vs powder creatine
February 17th, 2010
For years I understood that liquid creatine was absorbed much faster than powder creatine and that most of the powder creatine you take is excreted where as the liquid form most is stored by the body, this is actually not the case. Both liquid creatine and powder creatine are absorbed more or less the same and the body stores just as much of each. I personally find liquid creatine to be more easily digestible and easier to take as you don’t have to follow a loading phase. In the past I also suffered stomach upsets from powder creatine which I didn’t get from liquid creatine. Whether you take the powder or the liquid form is completely down to personal choice, you won’t be missing out on any benefits taking one rather than the other.
